We setup the schedules for your club, your resources you are looking to manage and configure the times, prices and general admin options for you. We work with you to configure SuperUsers for your schedule, who can then manage your members. You then simply need to add a link on your website to the schedule and let your members know.
Once registered your members can manage their own contact information, review the schedule, book courts, send enquiries or register for events you publicise. Making your court bookings more accessible will help generate more bookings and increase the utilisation of your courts. This will help to raise more funds and your members will get more for their money. |

We used to have a paper based system, where players had to go to the club, buy a 50p sticker and book their required slot. You had to go to the club to see what courts were available and when and although we allowed members to book up to 3 weeks in advance, it was awkward for players to contact others and book games. We also found that if a court was no longer needed, it was unlikely that the sticker would be taken off, freeing the court up for another.
Going On-Line was a pleasant and easy exercise. OK, I had the benefit of an IT background and found setting up the system fairly easy, but the feedback from ALL our members has been fantastic. Booking courts is easy with members doing it at work, home and even from their mobile devices. The result, courts are being used MORE, revenues have gone up and although we chose to drop the charge to book a court, we have seen this has simplified the whole process and we are raising more money week on week.
I also found it really useful that the selected Supervisor users can book courts beyond the 21 days for match and coaching sessions. So at the start of the season we simply block book the courts for our Home Games and Tournaments. No need to worry about this every week.
