This can then be easily upgraded to one of the packages on offer with no loss of your member details if you want to keep them.
BRONZE Starter Package @ £5 per monthThe starting level for the OnLine Booking Solution, supports any number of Schedules and Resources (Courts) with upto 50 members and 50 future bookings. Ideal for the smaller club with a weekly booking schedule or the personal trainer managing weekly classes.
SILVER Package @ £10 per monthTaking the next level with an increase in the member limit upto 100 and upto 100 future bookings. Will suit clubs with a couple of courts and typically a fortnightly booking schedule. This package and all packages beyond this are delivered free of advertising.
GOLD Package @ £20 per monthTaking the next step, with an increase to the maximum number of members of upto 200 and upto 300 future bookings. This woulod typically support more courts for the larger club and allow 2-3 weeks advance bookings.
PLATINUM Package @ £30 per monthThe number of members can now be upto 300 with an increse limit to 600 future bookings.
Bespoke to YOUR NeedsThese are generally the typical packages to suit most needs, but it is possible to have a package put together to suit individual requirements and hence a solution to suit your needs. Ultimately the system can support unlimited numbers of members and higher limits to future bookings.

What Package is right for you?
I am happy to help discuss which package is right for you, but as needs may change it is easy to upgrade and downgrade as demands change, in accordance with your needs over time, but to help at the start, it is worth considering the following to determine which package is best for you to start.
How many Members?If you are looking to manage court bookings, you need to consider the number of members that will need access. If on the other hand you are looking to schedule activity or fitness sessions that are open to the general public, the limit on the number of members should not come in to it.
How long in to the future do you want players to book courts?Typically you will enable your members to book courts and sessions in to the future, but how far do you go. Is it just 1 week, fortnightly or longer. This is a key factor to determine your required UpComing Booking capacity and consequently choosing the right package for you.

How many Courts or Resources?Are you looking to enable your courts or fitness rooms to be booked. You can of course have your Squash Courts registered under one package and Tennis Courts on another. Consider the quantity of courts or fitness rooms etc that you are looking to manage on-line.
How busy are your Bookings today?Take a look at your current bookings and count how many are upcoming. Each court will count a one booking and for Fitness/Activity Sessions, each person attending a session will be one booking. Count up your bookings and plan that these may well increase when you promote online.

Example - our local Squash Club, we went for the SILVER Package
We have about 75 members and 2 squash courts. At the moment we allow members to book upto 21 days in advance and on average across this period we have 3 bookings per court per weekday. There is generally more for the upcoming week and less for the ones further in to the future. This means that we have on average a total of 90 upcoming bookings. For now the SILVER Package will suit our needs, but if demand picks up we may need to upgrade to the GOLD or we may have to reduce the lead time that members can book a court to only 14 days. We have seen the court useage increase with OnLine Bookings and hence the increase in the monthly charge is minor compared to the increase in court revenue.
